2022 Cabernet Sauvignon
A vibrant and fresh expression of Cabernet with a profile of tobacco leaf, touch of green capsicum and blackberries. A small percentage of Cabernet Franc and Malbec to round the wine out and add extra layers. With the addition of a little new oak which adds cedary notes. For the Barossa, this Cabernet focuses on freshness and an old school style back from the late eighties. An homage to the classic clarets.
