A culmination of years working on an organic single block of Syrah near Williamstown has led to the release of this single vineyard reserve wine. Harvest 2021 was a cool and long ripening season which delivered a focused, yet restrained wine.

Spending 16 months in 2-year-old french oak hogsheads before being racked off lees to spend another 3 months in tank before hand bottling. Concentrated dark fruits, with tremendous depth. Drink now or hide it deep in the cellar for your child's 21st birthday (we will be).
