2021 Sigurd Reserve Cabernet

Low yielding Cabernet Sauvignon picked from 50-year-old vines in Vine Vale, offers deep purples and blue fruit with a cedary undertone from 2-year-old french oak hogsheads made in Cognac region of France. This wine spends 16 months in barrel to soften the chewy Cabernet tannins.

A small addition of Cabernet Franc and Malbec adds complexity and structure, thus this bordeaux blend harnesses the class and structure of the Barossa while maintaining finesse and balance. Drink now or cellar for the next 15 years.
